ABOUT SITE "RAINBOW"

From 2002 to 2010 in one portal in Gatchina for free was placed my personal page "RAINBOW". Apparently it looked good, if it was "tolerated" so long.
Recently, the design of the portal has changed dramatically and my page disappeared. I felt insulted, and I decided to renew it. Now it is my website "HAMMER" and it posted on the server, which is located in the region of my current residence.
Design my new site is derived from the above "Rainbow" page, although the materials on it is now much greater. Remains unchanged is that I place on this portal the materials, which are my materials or related with me. The only exception from this rule is the "Seven Wonders of the World" chapter.
I decided that the common man, wich visited this "too serious" site, needs some kind of "relaxation". Many Internet visitors do not like be "too serious" wandering around the Internet. I also need this site to publish their ideas and their thoughts. I think that people usually are publishing their materials on the internet to make yourself some sort of "advertising", other advertising I don't have...
Recently, the Internet, I came across a mention of my page "Rainbow" and my "Makarov's Foursquare". I hope that this reference can be considered as a positive assessment of my work.
At the bottom I verbatim cited the text, which is posted on the website "http://evlamp.livejournal.com/". All available in this article the links work, so the text, which I have cited, all people can compare with the original...

RAINBOW

And, lo and behold, we see! Now that's truly authentic! Immediately, we note that before us is not overdriven masturbation teenager with a wandering eye, but a venerable gentleman, which was born in 1951, he is serious meticulously and thoroughly about to address all the tasks. Its resources are allocated among such ones by the amazing content - apart from the traditional section "About the Author" there you can find his memories of middle school study disciplines, a brief description of the seven wonders of the world with pictures and his own sayings and (attention!) Makarov's Foursquare. This miracle should be looked more detail. Word of the author:
"I wrote a series of lectures about computer WEB-design based on HTML, but this topic has not received further development. I think that the main population of Gatchina not ready yet for such subjects type, will have to wait. At leisure, I slowly improve myself in the WEB-design. On this path, I noticed that one of the challenges is associated with the precise choice of color by designer at site creation. After examining the available schemes, I came to the conclusion that they are mostly primitive and do not allow to operate with the color so easy how it is available for conventional (not "electronic") artists. Then I developed my own scheme ("palette") and called it a modest and tasteful: "Makarov's Foursquare". This foursquare you can see, evaluate and use in your work, if you will click the "Makarov's Foursquare" link on this page. My scheme is named "Foursquare" because it has the same number of cells in horizontal and vertical directions. Just in case, to report that "Makarov's Foursquare" has long been registered by me in the W3C."
All rise. Applause. Curtain.

ABOUT "BAD NEWS"

You know, I am a very stingy ... on my requests. I'm much easier to ask for someone or to hear ten requests addressed to me (and execute them) than to apply to anyone with my own request. In this regard, I really wanted to mention about one electronic dialogue from my recent events...

At the site "Bad News" (http://badnews.org.ru/) I made a comment about the sad prospects of the Russian space industry. Less than a day after this I received the following letter.

"On the site "Bad News" you did such comment: "Segrim (Today, 12:30)
During the time elapsed after the death of Sergei Korolev much in Russia's space industry has changed irrevocably. I recently touched on this subject and was terribly surprised. If anyone is interested, take a look:
http://hammer.bas.lv/ chapter "Space Architecture", section "DO THIS IS USEFUL TO RUSSIA?"."

I serve on this site under the name sergii.
I had read about your treatment of cancer and AIDS, and I found this method as very interesting. I am too working with physical therapy heat and magnets, and I know a cautious attitude of physicians to thermotherapy. They are simply afraid to appoint warming due to the slightest risk of cancer. Even there, where already nothing will help people, they forbid the use of thermotherapy.
It is usual doctors opinion because they were taught so, here is very difficult to reverse the situation, but you yourselves know.
But I wrote to you not on this topic. I am interested in your statement: "Some of the tribes in Africa still live on nuclear reactors working in the ground...".
As I understand it, a man like you will not write something for nothing.
I just am interested in all unusual and I wonder how and from where you took this information. Have you any addition information for me?"
Good luck.
Sergei Kvadratov.

I will not focus on the abundance of errors (for man leading the popular site them, in my opinion, too much). As of this writing, I replied so:

Привет, Сергей!
"Некоторые из племен Африки..."
It was like this. In 1989, I worked in the department of capital construction of the Institute of Nuclear Physics, which is located in the city of Gatchina, Leningrad region. Then I was "mentally active" and delved into many questions of natural science ... One of my conclusions was such: effects on the human body many of natural factors (possibly all factors) are not absolute, but depends on the mental and emotional state of a person. In particular, the influence of nuclear radiation on man is not necessarily harmful.
It so happened that I somehow ended up in a bus (we were driving to the airport) with one employee of the institute. We were familiar very few, but I knew he was an authority on nuclear reactors. I expressed to him their views, which are written above, and asked his opinion on this topic. It turned out that he, among other things, as chairman of the commission often analize different reactors (including overseas) to evaluate their technical condition and drawing conclusions to resolve in continuing their work...
So this expert thought for a moment and then said that perhaps I am right. He told me that he has a friend who literally "juggle" with pieces of enriched uranium ore and he absolutely no complains about his health. Literally: he have a standing penis, and children are born from him and his wife is not complaining. He also and told me that in Africa some tribes live on the working of natural nuclear reactors and also did not complain of health (probably because they do not know about those reactors and their harm to health).
That's probably all. It was a long ago. I do not remember neither the name nor the second name of the man, but I know that he will not cheat.
I do not know whether this information is enough for you, but more than anything I have not. Possibly through the Internet you can learn something more, but I till this moment did not needed it.
All the best!
-- Sergey Makarov

To this I received the following reply:

Thank you for your reply. All clear. Just never heard the expression "natural nuclear reactors".
I wonder your opinion on the effects of radiation on human.
In principle, I think all the problems of health it is namely psychological problems.
And decide they need to be primarily with the help of psychological impact.
we are programming each other, create our problems. Our ancestors knew about it and deal effectively with challenges to health.
Тот же ритуал прыжка через костёр.
Best regards! Sergei Kvadratov.

После этого я написал следующее:

I can tell you another interesting story. One time I lived somehow in Elektrostal near Moscow. I rented a room from an old woman. She said: my husband was the chief engineer of the N-th plant, in 1948-49 this ore (uranium) was carted to the factory and all at nights, my husband and his colleagues worked day and night, they ate, drank and slept on this ore, and nobody knew how bad it's for health (I realized it was "our response to Hiroshima" - an urgent establishment of the Soviet atomic bomb). My husband for 20 years is not in this world, but those hard workers that worked with him are living until now. What is the reason? It was found that alcohol at them there was plenty and people were drinking literally every day in the end of the work. So: those, who "relieved stress" with alcohol, are alive to this day, and all non-drinking had long been dead...
Above is pointed the importance of "timely brain relaxation..." (from which arise all diseases).

P.S. Hopefully, Sergei, what will you do among people a good advertising for my site!
All the best!
Sergey Makarov

To this I received the following reply:

Unfortunately for most people timely relaxation has become a permanent and lasting.
I have extremely negative ratio of using alcohol to relax. While I understand people, who uses alcohol.
I do not drink one year and I feel great.

In order to do advertising, must be placed the cool stuff.
Here you write well, can you write something interesting for our site?
Your life have been rich, near you worked a lot of interesting people.
Our site was created for the development of people. We want to show the continuity of generations.
We are interested in the following:
1) analytics in popular areas
2) science and scientific advances (at a simple language)
3) stories from life
4) space, politics, military theme
In this case, you can help us, we'll help you. Symbiosis, understand?
Sincerely, Sergei Kvadratov.

To which I replied:
Well, I'll think about it!

I am confident that our correspondence at this is over forever: if a person was interested in my site and still feels no gratitude for what I selflessly spend on his questions my precious time, I think he is hopeless...

ABOUT THE OLYMPIC MASCOTS

From September 1, 2010 was announced (first time in history!) all-Russian competition for the Olympic mascots. One mascot - for the Olympic Winter Games in 2014, another mascot - for the Paralympic Winter Games in 2014. Those who want to read about this contest, and, possibly, to participate in it, could find all necessary information on the competition website. Reference to it is placed below:

Competition website "talisman.sochi2014.com"

This contest is open only to citizens of Russia. Being a citizen of Russia and considering myself not without some creative abilities, I participated in the contest and sent the competition committee my three works that have already been taken to participate in this contest, so I have received appropriate notices. Images of his three works I placed below. The official names of my works are (from top to bottom): "Krasna_devitsa", "Matroskin_Pervy" and "Matroskin_Vtoroy. By these names everyone can find them by searching on the site of mascots. The first two works I offered as the "Olympic mascot", third work - as the "Paralympic mascot". All three works were painted by me personally in the program EXCEL 2003 and then as a photos from the computer screen were saved as a JPG-files.

After the publication of the overlying mascots many of my relatives and friends have expressed the wish to see my "Matroskins" in color. Fulfilling their wishes, I remade in color and the First Matroskin and the Second Matroskin. Both color Matroskins already sent and has accepted to participate in the contest.
After update Matroskin "I painted and sent to the competition yet," Olimpiyskiy_gerb "which is an amalgamation of fantastic three-headed snake, the Russian flag and Olympic rings. I note that Russians have appreciated my blazon - his approval rating did not fall below the third page of 55 pages, each of which - 50 pictures.
All that I made, is presented below. Now their names: "Pervyy_tsvetnoy (Olympic mascot)," Vtoroy_tsvetnoy (Paralympic mascot) and "Olimpiyskiy_gerb (Olympic mascot).
Interestingly, the ranking of my works (among themselves) always the same: "Olimpiyskiy_gerb", "Pervyy_tsvetnoy", "Krasna_devitsa" (in order of ranking), though I expected otherwise.

Work for the competition will be accepted until the fifth December 2010, after that the professionals will make the selection of finalists, and then 7 February (exactly 3 years before the opening of the Games) the popular voting in the television show will select the winners. I hope to become one of them!

15/09/2010 Segrim

Came the date: Dec. 6, 2010. Acceptance of copyright works to the Olympic mascots competition was finished.

I can boast that 4 - 5 December I added a set of my authorship works with described below:
- Three Olympic mascots (from top to bottom): "Babushka", "Bogatirj", "Hottabych_1";
- Two Paralympic mascots (below): "Hottabych_2" and "Muromec".

If someone of the readers of my works consider them as interesting, you can support their advancement in the table ratings, and, perhaps, at the final vote on TV (if some of my works will be admitted to it).

Of course, I understand that to see my works in the finale is very unlikely: the competition received 24,048 works, and only 10 of them will be admitted to the finals and presented to the viewer's vote.

      But if I'll be lucky?

06/12/2010 Segrim

P.S. From what actually selected for a vote, and of what actually chosen as the "Talisman of Sochi-2014", I did not like anything. I can explain it:

- three adopted mascots does not reflect the national peculiarity of Russia, though it was one of the mandatory requirements to candidates (the Commission itself had forgotten about it)

- approved by the mascots are not the "plump and sleek", they contain no contrast or color expression, it is lack of clarity, not memorable images.

- About the Paralympic talismans I can only say that if it's not described on them: "I'm Paralympic mascot!" none of man ever guess about it, so I think that into final there slipped someone of their friends

ABOUT THE NOBEL PRIZES

At my school years I knew that Nobel Prizes are given only to living people, and only once in a lifetime. I too knew that this rule has an exception: Maria Sklodowska-Curie won the Nobel Prize twice: in 1903 - Prize in physics on the three man: Henri Becquerel (50%), Maria Sklodowska-Curie (25%), Pierre Curie (25%) in 1911 - Prize for Chemistry (100% - Maria Sklodowska-Curie).
Opening recently encyclopedia "Wikipedia" on page "Nobel Prize", I was surprised to find that, it turns out, several other people in the world have twice won Nobel Prizes. Here is the complete list of double winners:

Maria Sklodowska-Curie - the Physics Prize in 1903 and the Chemistry Prize in 1911.
Linus Pauling - the Chemistry Prize in 1954 and the Peace Prize in 1962.
John Bardeen - two Physics prizes: in 1956 and in 1972.
Frederick Sanger - two Chemistry prizes: in 1958 and in 1980.
After that I was interested in the question: if someone has appreciated my contribution to science, my favor for humanity, how many Nobel prizes I could get. After a momentary unbiased analysis of my brain gave me the quantity "three" and explained:

The Physics Nobel Prize - for discovering "THE LAW COMPATIBILITY OF CABLE-STAYED NETWORKS" and "THE WORLD HARMONY LAW".

The Physiology or Medicine Nobel Prize - for decoding the scheme of the program of immune system defence of the human and decoding the working scheme of human immunodeficiency virus and for founding a way to treat AIDS and cancer diseases.

The Peace Nobel Prize - for my contribution to the fight against the destruction of humanity of the entire northern hemisphere as a result of the accident at Japanese nuclear station "Fukushima-1" (look: "ENGINEER MAKAROV AGAINST NUCLEAR EXPLOSION").

Thank you, my brain, for this objective analysis, - I said. The only pity is that no one man can not offer himself as a candidate for the Nobel Prize. But the mankind is too inert. Dozhdeshsya whether from him..?

You may recall at least that opening my "law of compatibility..." and my receiving a copyright certificate on the "pioneer invention" - an endless series of fundamentally new suspension cable nets - were made in 1986.
The state simply "not noticed" my law, but all the rights on my invention it took to itself. What a helpfulness it obtained from it? Him from that there was absolutely no benefit. On such cases, there is a good expression: "a dog in the manger" - and she self does not eat, and others will not give to eat.
At one time, patent clerks simply "not noticed" (had ignored) my application for "manner of Segrim", which allows you to take from any suitable "network Makarov" (or any other network) any piece of the net, suitable to you, and create the exact same piece of network on any convex support contour. For the patent clerks, apparently, such a possibility seemed as "a trifle." But actually, it's also my separate "revolution" in the matter of designing suspension networks... I hope that designers will appreciate my "manner of Segrim" more seriously. Over twenty-five years the state ineptly lost all of its rights on my designs. Now all the worries about their promotion to the consumers I took in my own hands...

In order to bring my scientific ideas to people, I in 1988 moved to Gatchina near Leningrad. At the same time I left in Anapa my wife and my son, who was then only three years old. I knew the story of Jules Verne, who was "working for humanity" and very little attention gave to his own son. The result was that some 200 great people around the world believe Jules Verne as their "spiritual mentor", as their father, to whom they owe with all their achievements. At the same time his own son grew a womanizer, a drunkard and a gambler. His father often had to use a fee, obtained him for the edition of the new book, to pay as ransom for his son to get him out of debt hole.
William Shakespeare, who lived in the village, from his family once went away to London and never more did not returned to the family... Whether were right these people? Whether the man has a right to throw their loved ones for the reason "to bestow benefits mankind"? I can't answer myself to this question until now.
Having moved to Gatchina, I immediately enrolled in distance postgraduate. My structure for testing ("Makarov's Quartet") I made back in Anapa. I brought it to Leningrad and installed in the hall for the trials LenZNIIEP, where I was a post-graduate student. After that I passed the candidates minimum and had to make experiment on my model. To do this I needed at least one day off work a week (as was written in the law). My theme is clearly laid claim to a doctors degree, because my structure opened up a completely new direction in the field of cable-stayed structures (see, for example, the article Tensegrity - a new direction in architecture) and a base for this direction was my sole inventor's certificate on invention. I worked in Gatchina as an engineer on technical supervision over construction. I worked "easy", because in this work I already had a tremendous experience.
I was sure that my absence at the work 1 day a week will not degrade the quality of my work. However, the head of the construction department of the Leningrad Institute of Nuclear Phisics Seleznev had a different opinion: he simply tore up my application and did not give me one free day a week, which was put to me by the law. With such decision, he practically ruled me out of post-graduate school and excluded me away from the whole scientific world, to which I very much sought.
I tried inside the institute to go to another department closer to my like-minded physicists. Such vacancy was, but I did not was taken (I had only a civil construction engineer diploma - what kind a physicist out of me...).
One time I tried to find a work at the post office in Leningrad, agreeing at the same time on starvation wages and on a every day riding on the train (Gatchina is situated at 50 km from Leningrad). I needed it to not to be as "artisan-alone" in computer questions: the post office had a group of programmers 1C accounting program, and in this group was vacancy of simple programmer. For this job I was not taken without explaining the reason. So I stayed for a lifetime as "alone-man-heaviside", though I sought to humans. They just have not accepted me. Calling myself as "alone-man-heaviside", I subtly allude to the Russian translation of the word "heaviside" (heavy side). Yes, my experience no one can call as "easy".
Once again, thank you, my brain! It was nice to talk to, even with you, if all the world has no any attention to me.
After that I yawned sweetly and went to sleep.

WHO NEEDS IT, THIS WEB SITE?

This site was opened in mid-May 2010. It was created as a kind of "Tribune" a private person, which till the age of 60 has created some scientific baggage, not demanded by humanity.
The problem is that the entire scientific career of this "private trader" was not included into the program of any scientific or educational institutions. It was just a "free play of the mind" (similar as it once was with Lord Kelvin...). This private person never received for his scientific work is no money or other rewards. However, if "properly apportion" his scientific results, them would have been enough, perhaps, for a few lives.
However, it is established: if you do not have co-authors, if you do not supported by the "powers that be" (and in a secular and scientific sense), so the results of your research, your creative results, it seems, are not needed to anyone...
Fortunately, the times of Lord Kelvin's long gone. Now everyone can with the help of internet about his scientific achievements very quickly tell to all the world. Would be some results and it would wish.
The mentioned private person has at least six achievements. And to the question: "Are they needed for someone in this world?" the table below must answer us. Thanks to a special system of statistics company "Yandex" specified owner-driver in good faith collects data about traffic of his site. As a result, it became clear that his achievements are not just "needed to the world", but "very much needed": this English-Russian site since May 2010 visited representatives of 117 countries of the globe.
List of settlements in these countries, whose representatives visited the site, amounted to more than 600 titles. If the official authorities of various countries "do not need anything", then, thank God, for many individuals of globe "something is still needed" from this site.
Note it, please: no one person isn't moving to this site by the external force. They all come to the site on their own will. However, many people were reading the site materials is carried out for 20-30 minutes at a time. In some cases, people spent on my site for over three hours...
